Welcome to my page! I am Blanka, a conference interpreter and translator based in Budapest, Hungary. I have been actively working as a freelance interpreter since 2021, gaining experience in numerous fields and topics. Besides conveying the message precisely, it is also essential to me that the audience leaves the event with a positive experience. No monotonous talk, I put my heart and soul into my work. It is part of the interpreter's job to understand the situation in which they are and remain in the background when discretion is needed, while always being readily available for the client.

I hold a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting and graduated in 2021 from ELTE EMCI (European Masters in Conference Interpreting) where I studied simultaneous interpreting. At the moment, this is the only EU-accredited institution in the field in Hungary. I also spent a year in Italy during my studies, which allows me to use the Italian language actively.

I am readily available to clients if you need interpretation for an important event, but I am also open to long-term collaborations.
